1.1 **HerbalSips.pk** is operated by **Herbal Sips Private Limited**, a company in Pakistan with its principal place of business in Lahore.  

1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.  

1.3 Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least **18 years old** or have legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Website.  

2.2 By using **HerbalSips.pk**, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

 

3. Products & Availability

3.1 All products are **100% imported herbal teas** sourced from certified international suppliers.  

3.2 Product images, descriptions, and packaging are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.  

3.3 We do not guarantee continuous availability of any product. Items may be discontinued, out of stock, or subject to import delays.  

3.4 Prices are listed in **Pakistani Rupees (PKR)** and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.  

3.5 We reserve the right to modify prices, product details, or offers without prior notice.

 

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.  

4.2 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of an **Order Confirmation Email**.  

4.3 Accepted payment methods:  

   – **JazzCash**  

   – **Easypaisa**  

   – **Bank Transfer (IBFT)**  

   – **Credit/Debit Card (via secure gateway)**  

   – **Cash on Delivery (COD)** – available in select cities with a PKR 400 service fee.  

4.4 COD orders require **identity verification** at delivery. Refusal to verify may result in order cancellation.  

4.5 We are not responsible for payment gateway failures or bank charges.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We ship nationwide across Pakistan via **TCS, Leopards, and Blue-Ex**.  

5.2 **Standard Delivery**: 2–5 business days (major cities); 5–10 business days (remote areas).  

5.3 **Same-day dispatch** from Lahore for orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT (Monday–Friday).  

5.4 Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or courier delays.  

5.5 Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.  

5.6 You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

6.1 All products are legally imported.  

6.2 You acknowledge that herbal teas are subject to **random customs inspection**. Delays beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.  

6.3 Any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by authorities will be communicated and may require customer payment before release.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 **Non-Returnable Items**: Opened or used tea packages, perishable goods, and items on sale/clearance.  

7.2 **Eligible Returns**:  

   – Damaged, leaked, or expired products (within **3 days** of delivery).  

   – Wrong item received.  

7.3 To initiate a return:  

   – Contact **[email protected]** with order number and photos.  

   – Return item in original, unopened packaging via courier (at customer’s cost unless faulty).  

7.4 Refunds processed within **7–10 business days** to the original payment method.  

7.5 COD orders: Refund via bank transfer only.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on **HerbalSips.pk** (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Herbal Sips Private Limited or its licensors.  

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

 

9. User Conduct

9.1 You agree not to:  

   – Use the Website for unlawful purposes.  

   – Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews.  

   – Attempt to hack, overload, or interfere with the Website.  

9.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Products are intended for general wellness and **not medical treatment**. Consult a physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.  

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, **HerbalSips.pk** is not liable for:  

   – Allergic reactions or adverse effects from product use.  

   – Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  

   – Delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government actions).  

10.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

 

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Islamic Republic of Pakistan**.  

11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of **Karachi**.
